AC Vikings Get A Field Make Over

Atlantic City High School will debut its new state-of-the-art athletic field on Friday, October 18, 2013, for the Viking Football team’s game against Buena High School. There will be a ribbon cutting celebration for the highly anticipated home opener approximately 15 minutes prior to the 7:00 p.m. kick-off.
According to Assistant Superintendent Barry Caldwell, the multi-purpose field will not only accommodate football, but also lacrosse, soccer, and field hockey. A brand new track surface and all new tennis courts were also added as part of the project.
Superintendent Donna Haye said, “We are all excited about the new sports complex. The students, staff and community are going to love it.”
